Keith Dunne – Sales Director
Keith brings extensive telecoms experience to the team. He started his career with BT in Edinburgh, specialising in network planning and design.
On relocating to Cheltenham, Keith developed his telecoms management skills with Zurich Financial Services (formerly Eagle Star Insurance) before moving to Equant in 2003.
Taking on the role of European Operations Director for the ZFS account, Keith was responsible for the management of 60 technical and business management staff across 7 countries.
Keith left Equant in November 2006 and OutsourceVoice was launched in early 2007
Paul Dixon – Operations Director
Paul has been involved in the IT and telecoms industries for over 20 years. Initially designing and implementing bespoke software systems Paul joined the travel sector of Eagle Star Insurance to create a national claims handling service, linking independant claims brokers to a single solution across the wide area network facility.
Recruited specifically to manage the build and deployment phase of the new global claims system for Insurance companies both in the UK and worldwide, Paul joined the Innovation Group and became instrumental in the development of software products and services to all sectors of the Insurance & Finance industries, assisting the company to reach FTSE250 status.
Paul joined OutsourceVoice in 2010. He has managed and participated in a number of key projects for the Company, including the construction and deployment of an enhanced CISCO call handling agent desktop system for one of the major Building Societies in the UK.
